Malaysia is short of radiologists and the Government of Malaysia is employing radiologists from overseas to fill up posts in government hospitals. The government usually advertises vacancies in newspapers and conducts interviews in your countries periodically. Successful candidates are employed on a contractual basis. It is essential that you have a basic degree that is registrable with the Malaysian Medical Council and a post graduate degree that is recognised by the Ministry of Health of Malaysia. One is expected to have at least five years of post graduate experience.
